· We processed data about users’ experiences, which is difficult to extract in big data processing methods, based on ethnographic collection and artificial intelligence. A company that provides expert information on user experience to all companies, institutions, and the self-employed who want to read the experiences of users of all ages and genders.

· Currently, we have a database and patents specialized for customer experience, and we have created a standardized user experience DB for men and women of all ages in Korea with a patented methodology.

·  Gyeongnam Design Industrial Association(GDIA) was established to enhance the competitiveness of industrial design companies in Gyeongnam, contributing to the strengthening and advancement of the design industry in the region through information exchange and collaborative efforts among its member firms.
