Registration

How do I apply?

After registering on the website, enter all information on the application page and upload the data.
All information must be written in English. If the entry rules are not met, the application will not be confirmed.
Please refer to the website registration menu for details.

Are there any restrictions on the subject and material?

There are no restrictions on the subject or material. Please refer to the screening criteria.

Are there any special requirements for submission?

Must be less than 2 years from the registration date or released in the year of the award.

How do I confirm receipt of an award?

A confirmation email will be sent after the application is complete.

How do I register for an award?

You can only apply online through the website.
Submitted images cannot be edited after the submission period.

How many people can participate in one team?

There is no limit on the number of participants.

How many works can be submitted?

Only 1 work can be submitted in 6 categories with the same design.
There is no limit to the number of entries of different designs.

How do I cancel the application?

If you wish to cancel your application, you must send a cancellation request email to the Global Design It Awards Secretariat.

Fees & Payments

How do I pay the jury fee?

The jury fee can be paid by credit card after registering on the website, and a receipt will be issued after payment.
(Payment in Korea can be made by bank transfer and cash receipt.)

How do I pay the award fee?

Individual emails will be notified for payment of the award fee, after that, you can pay by card payment on the website.

How do I cancel the payment?

All purchases made through the Design iT Award are final and non-refundable.
Please refer to Article 9. Refund Policy of TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Results & Awards

When and how will I know the results?

Individual emails will be notified in advance for award payment, and will be officially announced on December 6th, the date of the award ceremony.

When and where will the awards ceremony be held?

The award ceremony will be announced at a later date due to the COVID-19 situation.
