Article 5-2. Special Rules for Minors Membership Registration

Article 6. Granting and changing user identification number (ID), etc.

In principle, the user identification number (ID) cannot be changed, and if a member wants to change the user identification number (ID) due to unavoidable reasons, he or she must withdraw (cancel) and rejoin. 3. The Association may cancel membership in the case of membership registration falling under each of the following subparagraphs.

Article 8. Member information security

1. Chapter 3 : Use of Services

Article 9. Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of receipt
If you wish to cancel your application, you must send a cancellation request email to the Global Design It Awards Secretariat. Registration is not automatically canceled even if the application fee is not paid, and cannot be canceled after the application deadline. Also, even if the application is canceled, the application fee is non-refundable.

2. Non-refundable
All purchases made through the Design iT Award are final and non-refundable. We want to make it clear and expressive that we will never refund any fees and payments. In particular, no refunds will be made for candidates after the results are announced.

3. Award fee
All winners must pay the award fee for the winning work, and the award cannot be canceled or abandoned after the winning work is selected.

4. Any Issues
If there is a system problem or payment-related problem, you should contact the Global Design It Award Secretariat (itaward@hanmail.net).

5. Non-payment
If payment is not made by the final payment deadline without prior notification, after the expiration of the deadline, the account will be registered as a non-payment account and may not be accepted for future submissions and the account may be deactivated. If you wish to submit at a later date, you may be charged an account activation fee of $100 in addition to the unpaid amount.

6. Exceptional Case
In the event of an unusual event or situation beyond the participant's control, such as a natural disaster or war, cancellation and refund are possible. If you contact the Global Design It Awards office and inform them that the situation is by irresistible force, we will cancel or refund your application.

Article 10. Service hours

1. In principle, the service usage hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, unless there is a special problem in the business or technology of this site.

2. The use time in Paragraph 1 is an exception to the day or time set by the Association due to the need for regular inspection and maintenance.

Article 11. Notice of suspension and suspension of service

1. The Association may limit or suspend all or part of the service when it is impossible to provide normal service due to a national emergency, power outage, failure of service facilities, or congestion of service use. However, in this case, the reason and period will be notified to the user in advance or afterward. In case the contents of messages stored or transmitted on this site service and other communication messages are not stored or deleted due to national emergency, power outage, service facility failure outside the scope of the site management, congestion of service use, or other force majeure , the association is not responsible for the failure to transmit or for any other loss.

2. The Association may temporarily suspend the service without notice due to unavoidable reasons such as urgent system inspection, expansion and replacement, and may completely suspend the currently provided service for reasons deemed appropriate by the Association, such as replacement with a new service. can.

6. In case of service interruption due to reasons beyond the control of the Association (system administrator's intention, faultless storage device failure, system down, etc.), prior notice is not possible, and the In case of system interruption due to negligence or negligence, we will not notify you.

3. Members cannot copy, reproduce, change, translate, publish, broadcast, or otherwise engage in commercial activities of information obtained using this site service without the prior consent of the Association, and cannot provide it to others.

4. Members shall not engage in any of the following acts in connection with the use of this site service.
